Karabet operates under terms that reflect the laws of the jurisdictions in which access is permitted. If you are in India and local law allows participation, these terms govern every interaction on the platform — from account creation through to withdrawal processing via UPI, Paytm or

PhonePe. We update our terms when regulations or platform practices change, and we notify you through your registered account before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after a notified update constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for confirming that access is lawful in your

Yes, where no legal retention obligation applies — for example, if you have no recent transaction history subject to financial-record laws — we can delete or anonymise your personal data. Submit an erasure request by email and we will confirm the scope of what can be removed.

Closing your account stops active processing of your data for marketing and session purposes. Financial records tied to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions are retained for the legally required period, then deleted. You will receive written confirmation of what is retained and why.

We share data only where required: with payment rails like UPI and PhonePe to process transactions, with fraud-prevention systems, and with authorities when legally compelled. We do not sell data to advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstance.

Material changes to our terms are communicated via your registered account email at least 14 days before they take effect. The updated terms are also posted here with a version date. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account before the effective date.
